Positive steps forward: Mark
After injuring himself while working in the military, Mark's found his quality of life and ability to enjoy his hobbies was impacting his life. With support from Konekt, he has returned to work delivering work health and safety training, which has given him a new lease on life.
Developing confidence for a better future: Suzana
Two years ago, Suzanna took on a Certificate III course in Business Administration through MCI Institute. With support from her mentor at MCI and its flexible study arrangements, she completed the course, has doubled her income and is continuing her studies with a Certificate IV.
Reaching out to overcome challenges: David
When David was experiencing mental health challenges, his employer First Bus encouraged him to reach out for support. Through the Able Futures program he's found reliable resources and the support he needs to succeed.
Ingeus UK deliver the Able Futures program on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions.
