We're on the hunt for an experienced Support Needs Assessor to join our vibrant team in the heart of Wellington! If you have experience delivering support needs assessment contracts, and community rehab, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Deliver quality assessments and rehabilitation to a range of clients
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide service excellence
  • Monitor and support client progress and goals
  • Develop reports and work alongside a variety of stakeholders

Your background

  • Relevant qualifications (OT or Physio), professional registration, and valid practicing certificate
  • Current NZ driver licence
  • Confident in using new technology and report writing
  • Experience delivering ACC SNA contracts
  • If you're keen to learn, experience in serious injury, spinal cord, TBI would be ideal.
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred
