He began his career in pain management in the National Health Service in the UK in 2008 before moving to New Zealand in 2013, where he has continued to deliver pain services in individual and group settings. His current role as Clinical Advisor for pain at APM includes mentoring and supervising staff, developing and streamlining, auditing and innovating the delivery of the pain management service. He collaborates with other clinical advisors to integrate a transdisciplinary approach to service delivery across APM New Zealand.

She has published papers in concussion and stroke rehabilitation and is a guest manuscript reviewer for the New Zealand Journal of Physiotherapy. Megan is co-chair of the Neurology Special Interest Group (PNZ) and her current role as Clinical Advisor for APM enables her to integrate training, research, and quality management processes to optimise clinical practice and client outcomes.
