Learn to manage complex and challenging cases with multi-layered presentations through structured support from our team of skilled Inter-disciplinary clinicians. Scaffold your learning into a career as a rehabilitation specialist. Gain the ability to work on selected ACC contracts after completion of the 2-year Graduate Programme.
APM is an organisation focussed on delivery of considered bi-cultural and diverse contextual intervention, through the expertise and support of our Pou Ārahi. Through tailored cultural support alongside subject matter experts within our skilled Inter-disciplinary team, you will develop skills and expertise to deliver culturally responsive services to optimise client independence and re-engagement in daily functioning.
APM offers two specialist pathways:
The Clinical Programme - Mātanga Tinana; where you will be working with a variety of mental health presentations alongside the recovery of the client within an interprofessional team environment. This includes working on specialist services such as pain, injury recovery and mental injury assessment.
The Neuropsychology Programme- Mātanga Hinengaro , where you would gain experience in the assessment and rehabilitation of mild, moderate and severe traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

LOCATION: Preference Auckland, however can consider Wellington, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Dunedin, Waikato, Nelson, Hamilton, Tauranga or Whangarei
