About the role

In this 6 month parental leave contract within the National Administration Team you will be responsible for providing the timely and efficient processing of all client-related invoicing, while also leaning in to help with administration tasks as required.  Covering the whole invoicing process you will be required to autonomously problem solve and work through solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

Your main duties

  • Processing of client related invoicing
  • Administration tasks as required
  • Assisting clients with phone and email enquiries
  • Balance competing demands and priorities with various stakeholders
  • Managing APM Finance inbox
  • Liaising with ACC and other stakeholders regarding financial invoicing
  • Rejected invoices

About You

You are an experienced Accounts Administrator who has a proven ability to investigate and resolve invoice issues along with a ‘can do’ attitude. You hold strong time management, prioritization and interpersonal skills that sees you balance competing demands and priorities fluidly. You will also have:

  • Experience with financial invoicing and/or accounts
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to project work
  • Experience working with in-house systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
